Eye-catching new look
The new Lincoln MKC is an excellent representation of the new face of Lincoln. With its signature grille, the crossover evokes a sense of confidence. It’s beautifully detailed LED headlamps illuminate the road with crisp lighting designed to minimize eyestrain. A new rear design features attractive chrome highlights that enhance the appearance from all angles.

The LED lighting in the lower front body and tail lamps subtly illuminates to greet clients upon approach, and a luminous Lincoln welcome mat appears beneath both front doors to greet driver and passenger. An available panoramic roof fills the cabin with natural light during the day.

Once inside the vehicle, drivers and passenger will enjoy the quiet cabin, warm and inviting interior that is replete with plush, soft-to-the-touch materials. Signature Lincoln elements are found in every detail, from the available heated and cooled seats to standard Wi-Fi and USB ports throughout, allowing everyone to stay connected.

For customers seeking a more personalized experience, Lincoln Black Label is also available for the new MKC. Lincoln Black Label provides the best in materials from specially curated designer themes to a host of membership privileges.   • Center Stage: Inspired by the fashion of the theater, Center Stage captures the excitement of a curtain skirting across the main stage on opening night. It features an exclusive diamond-L perforation pattern on the Alcantara cloth inserts, finished with precisely stitched Foxfire Red piping. Exotic wood accents enhance the architectural design, while Jet Black Venetian leather accented by Firefox Red adds a dramatic flair.

In line with Lincoln’s commitment to offering inspired interior environments, the new Lincoln MKC also will feature a rich Rialto Green cabin with black ash wood accents, available on Reserve models. This new deep green is inspired by the vibrant tones emanating from the world of high fashion.

Inspirational Tech
Today’s luxury clients expect to be constantly connected. With that in mind, the new Lincoln MKC offers standard SYNC® 3 with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, enabling occupants to manage audio, phone, navigation and more from the vehicle touchscreen or steering wheel-mounted controls.

A suite of driver-assist technologies designed to inspire confidence includes Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection. This system is designed to reduce the severity of – and in some cases eliminate – frontal collisions, including those involving pedestrians. It uses advanced radar and camera sensors to provide a collision warning to the driver. If the driver does not respond in time, the system can automatically apply the brakes.

Available active park assist can reduce parking anxiety by helping guide drivers in to and out of tight parallel-parking spaces. Other available technologies include lane-keeping alert and Blind Spot Information System with cross-traffic alert.

Luxury meets performance
Three technologies – turbocharging, direct injection and twin independent variable camshaft timing – are responsible for a powerful engine offering for the new Lincoln MKC. This twin-scroll turbocharged 2.3-liter engine producing 285 horsepower and 305 lb.-ft. of torque allows Lincoln MKC to offer an available towing capacity of 3,000 pounds when properly equipped.

Both the powerful turbocharged 2.3-liter and the standard turbocharged 2.0-liter engine delivering 245 horsepower are designed to be exhilarating and fuel efficient. Either option can be paired to Lincoln’s intelligent all-wheel-drive system, which delivers enhanced all-weather capabilities and sportier performance.

Ease of ownership
Planet Lincoln and Lincoln Motor Company believe make ownership effortless with the new Lincoln MKC. Owners may no utilize the the Lincoln Way app in their journey. Lincoln Way enables clients to start, lock, unlock and locate their MKC, as well as schedule remote starts to allow the vehicle to heat or cool to comfortable levels. Lincoln Concierge, which allows owners to schedule Pickup and Delivery for vehicle service, as well as find and reserve parking, is also available through the app.

The brand’s increased focus on offerings that provide an effortless ownership experience now includes standard Pickup and Delivery. Mr. Moore was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Texas to attend college. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Texas Southern University. He currently lives in Spring with his beautiful bride of eight years. They have five children. Lincoln Navigator has “Longer” List of Reasons to Buy

The Woodlands Mothers of Multiples is a non-profit, non-political, and non-discriminatory organization. The group provides mothers of multiple birth children the opportunity of meeting with others who share their interests, and through planned programs assist each other by offering help, encouragement, suggestions, and ideas whenever possible.

WMOM was founded in 1995 with about 15 charter members. They are the local chapter of The Multiples of America and the Texas Mothers of Multiples (TMOM). Our membership now consists of approximately 190 families who live in the Harris, Walker, and Montgomery Counties. Areas include The Woodlands, Houston, Cleveland, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, New Waverly, Spring, Tomball, Humble, Cypress, Huntsville, Atascocita, and Willis.

These mothers are dedicated to building a support network to aid the parents of multiple birth children in meeting the unique challenges and joys of parenting twins, triplets, and more.

Best Buddies Texas Friendship Walk is taking place 8 a.m. Saturday, April 9th, at Lynn Eusan Park on the University of Houston campus. This year, Houston will also be adding a 5K Friendship Run to the Annual 1K Friendship Walk.

Last year, the Houston fun walk was named as a National Pacesetter by Best Buddies International and finished in the Top 10. Six teams from Houston’s event were recognized as National Pacesetters and finished in the Top 20 of ALL walk-teams across the United States.

Planet Lincoln congratulates all the hard walkers. Because of them, Best Buddies Texas raised over $75,000 and welcomed over 800 walkers. It was a great event in spite of the slight sprinkle of rain!
