Planet Lincoln Family Health Fundraiser Success!

Live in the moment mkc eventThank you from all of us at Randall Reed’s Planet Lincoln in Spring, Texas (serving The Woodlands, Houston, Aldine, Conroe) for joining us for a wonderful evening out on the town. Thanks to you all, we raised thousands and thousands of dollars for local families in need at our one-of-a-kind event sponsored by Lincoln and Planet Lincoln. Lincoln Motors donated $50 on participants behalf to Lone Star Family Health Center, which helps provide quality, affordable medical care to men, women, children and families.

Tons of people from the community joined us at  Grotto restaurant in The Woodlands for divine refreshments, family-fun activities, goodies bags and prizes. At the event, visitors were able to test drive the all-new 2015 Lincoln MKC. For every test drive you take, participants helped us work towards our goal of raising $10,000 in medical care for families in need.

2015 Lincoln Navigator Sees Notable Improvements

Most notable of these changes is the all-new engine found in the 2015 Navigator. The 3.5L, twin-turbocharged EcoBoost engine serves up substantially more power and torque than its predecessor in addition to offering best in class fuel economy. Furthermore, the Navigator’s interior is one-of-a-kind, offering first-class upholstery and high-quality construction across the entire vehicle. The available Reserve Package delivers leather-wrapped instrument panel, armrests, and gear shift, premium Ziricote wood trim, upgraded leather seating and 22-inch polished aluminum wheels.

Emeli Sande’ Shares Her “Journey” as part of new Lincoln series.

Are you ready to join the Lincoln journey? In an effort to inspire, The Lincoln Motor Company has created a new content series, “The Journey.” It is a campaign that explores entrepreneurship and people who have followed their dreams within the African-American community.

Emeli Sande‘ is an award-winning singer/songwriter and Lincoln Ambassador who wanted to share her “Journey of unconditional love” as part of the new series. Sande’ is the first artist featured in the program that hopes to inspire new ideas, approaches and possibilities.

“My ambition in releasing music was never really commercial,” said Sande’. “The opportunities have been both incredible and humbling. I like working with people who inspire me, that I feel comfortable with and see what comes.”

The campaign is seven documentary style videos and behind-the-scenes images. You can view it on The program also consists of advertorial features for both print and digital media, and also will include integrations and talent appearances during various Lincoln events throughout 2014.

“As Lincoln continues to tell its reinvention story and attract a more culturally progressive luxury client, opportunities such as this continue to be of great importance,” said Shawn Thompson, Lincoln Manager, multicultural marketing. “These individuals have such inspiring journeys that quite frankly resonate with the brand attributes of Lincoln Motor Company.”

The series will also feature award-winning filmmaker Nelson George; award-winning director Kenny Leon; award-winning artist Danny Simmons; artist Afua Richardson; photographer Terrrence A. Reese; and acclaimed couture designer Bobby Joseph.

The footage for the program was shot throughout various locations across the country and will be shared via Lincoln’s social channels, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
