Last Tuesday 300 guests were invited to a special live performance by the award-winning singer/songwriter Beck. For the first of many projects, this musical visionary conducted more than 150 musicians through his re-imagined vision of David Bowie’s classic song “Sound and Vision”.
The show doesn’t stop with the live performance. In collaboration with Beck, Director Chris Milk has created a digital experience that is fully immersive. By capturing the concert with 360-degree cameras and 360-degree binaural microphones, online viewers will have the opportunity to experience the show from every seat in the house.
“For the new Lincoln to be relevant, we know we have to offer a unique luxury automotive experience,” said Matt VanDyke, director Global Lincoln. “The ‘Hello, Again’ program is intended to be a metaphor of Lincoln’s personal and surprising differences in product and client experience.”
This is the first of many projects by The Lincoln Motor Company for the “Hello, Again,” program. The program will be collaborating with various partners and artists to fund a variety of projects to cultivate originality within the cultural community to bring attention to re-imaginings of film, music, architecture and many other areas of art.
More Lincoln “Hello, Again” programs will continue to collaborate with various artists and partners to fund a range of projects that nurture originality within the cultural community to bring attention to re-imaginings in design, music, film, architecture and other areas of the arts.
